I'm driven by curiosity about human behavior and the stories behind user decisions. My fascination lies in the space between what people intend to do and what they actually do- studying friction points, workarounds, and unexpected patterns that reveal genuine needs.

Using an evidence-driven approach, I strive to understand the human experience and navigate ambiguity with curiosity. My process is rooted in research, co-creation, ensuring that solutions are not just designed for people, but with them.

Conducted research across 50+ retail channels in Ahmedabad and Bangalore in diverse markets to analyze customer and shopkeeper behaviours. Proposed POSM solutions that enhanced brand visibility and were easy for store owners to retain.

Co-Led strategic research initiative for LazyPay's 3 lakh+ user base to uncover whyusers hesitated at onboarding and post-KYC activation. Through behavioral analysis, user journey mapping, and BNPL ecosystem competitive study, synthesized insights into strategic recommendations informing product roadmap for improved conversion and engagement.
